Programmes are mostly experiential, using the classic 'KOLB' learning cycle i.e. task/experience followed by a review session, out of which comes an agenda for learning which then provides the basis for the next task.
The review process aims to provide a critical commentary both on individual and team performance. The experience of the task is intended to provide a common context within which individual and group behavior can be viewed. Such commentaries can then be related to the 'Back-at Work' situation.
All programmes incorporate combinations of indoor and for outdoor activity, within the context of managing transitions.
